From investment banks in New York to boutique advisories in Dublin and startups across the US. Here's what happens when capital raisers stop relying on referrals and start growing systematically.
Client Mandates
Multi-Strategy Investment Manager · London & New York
Meridian Capital Group was preparing to launch a new multi-strategy fund targeting US$450M in commitments from institutional allocators. The fund had a differentiated mandate but limited existing relationships outside its home market, and needed a systematic way to reach the right institutional decision-makers across North America, Europe, and the Gulf within a defined fundraising window.
We built a targeted outreach programme covering sovereign wealth funds, endowments, pension consultants, and large family offices with active allocations to multi-strategy vehicles. Every message was written around the specific fund mandate and the allocator's known investment criteria. We generated 54 qualified first meetings over a 16-week campaign and supported the team through to final close.
"The quality of introductions DGP delivered was exceptional. Every meeting was with someone who had the mandate and the appetite to allocate. That's rare."

Natural Resources · Toronto Stock Exchange
Ashford Resources was targeting a A$178M initial public offering on the Australian market with a concurrent international placement. The transaction required coordinated engagement with cornerstone investors, institutional funds, and equity capital markets participants across three continents ahead of a fixed listing date.
We ran a structured pre-IPO engagement campaign targeting Australian institutional funds, Canadian resource-focused allocators, and Gulf family offices with natural resources exposure. Introductions were sequenced to build momentum into the book-build, with cornerstone conversations initiated 12 weeks ahead of listing. We generated 41 institutional conversations and supported the team through to a fully subscribed book.
"Getting the right cornerstone investors into the room before a listing is everything. DGP built the pipeline we needed and delivered it on schedule."

Private Equity · Cross-Border Placement
Sterling Bridge Equity needed to execute a US$147M private placement to fund a cross-border acquisition. The transaction required a narrow set of institutional investors with the mandate, ticket size, and risk appetite to move quickly — broad outreach would have wasted time and created noise in the market.
We identified 26 institutional investors across North America, Europe, and the Gulf with active private equity mandates at the required ticket size and a track record of moving quickly on cross-border transactions. Every introduction was pre-qualified against mandate fit and investment horizon. We ran a sequenced process that maintained competitive tension and supported a clean close within the acquisition timeline.
"Speed and precision were everything on this transaction. DGP delivered both — the right investors, pre-qualified, and ready to move. We closed on schedule."

Investment Bank · New York City
Harwick Institutional Partners was managing multiple large-scale capital raises simultaneously — including a $320M raise for a technology infrastructure mandate, $140M for a growth equity fund, $65M for a private credit vehicle, and $16M for an early-stage analytics platform — and needed a systematic outbound engine to reach the right institutional investors at scale across all mandates.
We built a multi-mandate outreach strategy targeting the most relevant institutional allocators, family offices, and sovereign wealth vehicles for each raise. Messaging was tailored per mandate, ensuring every conversation was relevant and high-context. We secured introductions to Blackstone, Bezos Expeditions, Walton Enterprises, Brookfield, and HIG.
"DGP gave us the outbound infrastructure to run multiple large raises at the same time without dropping the ball on any of them. The quality of introductions — Blackstone, Bezos Expeditions, Brookfield — speaks for itself."

Structured Credit · Energy & Infrastructure
Calloway Structured Finance required a US$88M structured credit facility to support an energy infrastructure project. The transaction demanded access to a specialist set of lenders — structured credit desks and infrastructure debt funds with the mandate and risk appetite to underwrite a project of this complexity.
We targeted infrastructure debt funds, energy-focused credit desks, and specialist structured finance lenders across Europe and North America. Every outreach message was built around the specific credit structure, project cashflows, and lender mandate fit. We generated 17 qualified lender conversations and supported the process through to term sheet within 9 weeks.
"Infrastructure credit is a specialist market. DGP knew exactly which lenders to approach and how to frame the transaction. We had competitive term sheets within nine weeks."

Boutique Advisory · Real Estate & Specialty Finance
Pinnacle Advisory Group needed to source capital across two distinct mandates simultaneously: a $185M debt raise for a large-scale mixed-use real estate development, and $12M across a series of specialty lending programs. Each required a completely different investor profile, messaging approach, and outreach sequence.
We ran two parallel campaigns. For the real estate development, we targeted debt funds, institutional lenders, and family offices with active real estate mandates at scale. For the lending programs, we focused on specialty finance investors and credit-focused family offices. Both campaigns ran concurrently with separate messaging, sequencing, and investor lists.
"Two completely different mandates running at the same time. DGP built the right outreach for each and delivered on both. The results speak for themselves."
